Policies
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and personal checks payable to Four Fire Creek. Please be aware that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
Deposits
Payment of half of the package total is required at time of booking; full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival or within 10 days of making your reservation. Please contact owner with questions or for additional information. A Security Deposit of $350 is required for all reservations to be used only in the event of loss or damage to the property.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellations outside 60 days of arrival are subject to a $150 processing fee per reservation, but all other monies will be refunded. Any changes made to a reservation may affect total package price. All changes are subject to availability. If a reservation is canceled within 60 days of arrival, all monies will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented to another party of equal value. All cancellations are subject to a $150 processing fee per reservation.
Fees & Taxes
Tax rate: 4.4% No additional fees are charged.
Additional Amenities:
One complimentary mid-week housekeeping service for all weekly rentals. |
